Lunseth's Scope of Work:
The Urban Plains Center is a multi-purpose venue located in Fargo, North Dakota. To complement the Urban Plains Center, Lunseth Plumbing & Heating CO. had to provide sophisticated HVAC and plumbing systems. It was constructed and opened in 2008. The facility includes five ice sheets. The main arena seats up to 6,000 for concerts and over 5,000 for ice hockey and features 40 suites and 300 club seats. It features an Olympic-sized ice sheet and one of a handful of arenas with rounded corner glass sheets. The main tenant of the center is the United States Hockey League team the Fargo Force. Other UPC events include Fargo-Moorhead high school hockey, the 2009 IIHF World U18 Championship hockey tournament, Max fights, rodeos and concerts.
