Lunseth Plumbing and Heating Co. has been active in design-build projects in response to our customer's needs for one-stop shopping. Lunseth can provide complete mechanical construction services for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems - including project conceptualization and engineering design, construction, and ongoing maintenance throughout the facility's lifespan.

Lunseth's design-build staff consists of six mechanical design engineers, two of whom are licensed Professional Engineers, with a combined 110 years experience in plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional and industrial plants. We have a complete computer-aided cost estimating and drafting department; using AutoCAD to prepare construction drawings. These computerized drawings are also used to facilitate material prefabrication for construction projects. With our experience and expertise in plumbing, industrial piping, HVAC, controls, and fire protection systems, Lunseth will be able to design and install mechanical and fire protection systems for any project that will save time and money. These systems will be efficient and functional throughout the building's service.
