Lunseth Plumbing and Heating Company is a locally owned and operated business which has been providing service in the Grand Forks area since 1935. In the nearly 75 years that Lunseth has been in business bidding mechanical work, we have grown and matured into one of the most recognized and respected mechanical contractors in the region. Our original focus was primarily plumbing; but we have evolved into a full service design-build mechanical contractor, with a Fire Protection division, Automated Controls division and a Site Utilities group.

Lunseth is a North Dakota registered, privately held corporation. Our main office is in Grand Forks with branch offices in Grafton, ND and Fargo, ND.

Lunseth is a non-union merit shop, employing 110 full time employees, comprised of journeymen, welders, operators, service technicians, mechanical design engineers and technical support staff.
